The conference “Strategic planning of Sakhalin Area development till 2025″ is being held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

The Federal Security Service’s Sakhalin border guard department on Wednesday announced that two Taiwanese schooners have been detained for poaching near the Kuriles Islands.
