Russian patrol seizes fishing boat

The RF FSB (Federal Security Service) patrol vessel "Sakhalin" detained a Japanese fishing schooner on suspicion of hauling in more fish than it was permitted, Foreign Ministry officials here said Sunday.

Gazprom aims to become key oil and gas player on Sakhalin Island
