Foreigners to face tougher procedure to access Russian shelf

Kamchatka court orders confiscation of poacher ship

Russia’s Sakhalin to extract over 14 mln tonnes of oil in 2007

Russia's Sakhalin region will extract 14.5 million tonnes of oil and four billion cubic metres of natural gas in 2007.
