Russian ministry gets Sakhalin Energy’s nature conservation plan

Sakhalin Energy company, the operator of Sakhalin-2 offshore oil and gas project has filed a plan of nature conservation measures with the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources, Igor Ignatyev, the company's vice-president for corporate issues said.

Agreements signed at Russia-China intergovernmental meeting

More than 10 documents including Sakhalin-China bank agreement were been signed after the 11th intergovernmental Russian-Chinese meeting .

Rosneft president says open to Sakhalin asset swap with Gazprom

Russian government-controlled oil major Rosneft President Sergei Bogdanchikov said his company was open to swapping oil and gas fields on Sakhalin Island with natural gas giant Gazprom.
Bogdanchikov was speaking Thursday during the Russian-Chinese investment forum being held in Beijing.

Rosneft denies rumors of asset swap offers from Gazprom

Rosneft didn't receive any asset swap proposals from Gazprom as part of Sakhalin projects, Rosneft President Sergei Bogdanchikov told reporters today.
He said that there was nothing to swap, as Gazprom had no assets yet.
However, he didn't exclude such a swap in the future.
