"Sakhalin air routes" opened Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Pekin flight
The Open Society “Airline Sakhalin air routes” (SAR) on November, 26th, 2007 has opened regular flight on the route “Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Pekin”. It is spoken about in message SAR.
Flight to Pekin is the third regular flight of the air carrier in China. Earlier regular routes to Harbin and Dalian have been opened.
Flight will be carried out once a week by Boeing-737. Opening of the new international line will provide mutually advantageous cooperation of the airline with Sakhalin and Chinese travel agencies, is marked in the report.
The Open Society “Sakhalin air routes” (100% of shares belong to the state) in 2005 has transported 111.5 thousand passengers. The company has park from 12 planes (Boeing 737, Dash 8, An-24 and An-12).
Let’s remind, that in November, 2006 of the Open Society “Aeroflot”, “Dalavia”, the Open Society “Sakhalin air routes” have made a decision on consolidation on the basis of Aeroflot for creation of a large competitive air carrier.
